I have a degree in Cybernetics and Systems Engineering from La Salle and a Diploma in Economics from ITAM. I have over 20 years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, and financial inclusion in the public and private sectors. I have held senior positions as a regulator and supervisor in the banking and pensions sector, I was an advisor to CECOBAN, coordinator of the FinTech Committee of the Mexican Banking Association (ABM), member of the National Council for Financial Inclusion of the CNBV, as well as director of Innovation, Open Finance, and Business Development at Banco Santander and Finsus. In addition, I collaborated in the creation of CONSAR's AforeMovil® and BANXICO's Dimo®, both high-impact projects for financial inclusion and digital payments in Mexico. In 2018, I won the Innovation Award at the World Pension Summit in The Hague, and in 2019, I was a finalist in Grupo Santander's Global Innovation Challenge in Madrid. I am currently a member of the Open Finance Committee of the Fintech Mexico Association and CEO of Fintech.land, a consulting firm and digital factory specializing in advising and providing technological services to financial institutions and FinTech companies.
